Miss C {Scottsdale Boudoir photographer}

Disclaimer: Please close browser if you are uncomfortable with partial nudity. Model has given permission to publish for marketing purposes. If you choose to schedule a boudoir you may or may not opt to allow me to publish. However most likely you will FEEL like the DAbomb.com and will want to show the world! Beauty is inside and will shine through on the outside everytime!

This was my first attempt at Boudoir and I absolutely LOVE it! This is right up my alley with me being able to do all aspects of the shoot, from hair, makeup, and photography. My days in front of the camera also helped tremedously with posing and making her feel comfortable as well as sexy. She was so funny because even though she is absolutely STUNNING, she was Miss Stiffy!! I had to help her relax a little and tell her what to do with her hands, eyes, and face. She laughed and said she could never be a model because it would take them forever to get the shot! I think she did phenomonal! I am so happy with these images! Boudoir can be anything you want it to be. Flirty or sensual. Classic or themed. It is whatever makes you feel fabulous! Leave everything up to me, literally! Boudoir sessions make a great gift for your guys. Heck, who says you need a guy? Do a session for you!! There are so many AH-mazing shots so make sure you check out the slideshow!

Headshots: Robin with Mosaic Properties AZ

One of my clients needed some new headshots. So we met at the salon and styled her hair and went outside for some headshots for her new business cards. She is a horse owner and equine enthusiast and specializes in horse properties and amenities for people who either have or want to experience that “life in the country” feeling. She also owns a concession business that caters the equistrian events in the Valley. She is a multi-talented, as well as beautiful gal! Thanks again Robin!

Hot T

I styled Taryn of Serendipity videography for her family shoot with the famed Melissa Jill. Normally Taryn wears her hair straight so we jazzed her up a bit with some curls and makeup. Here is a quick shot I took of Miss Hot T.........

Beauty: Bridal Make-Up

This is my photography blog. As most of you who read this know, I am also a hairstylist. And I dabble in makeup every so often. When I am doing a wedding party I usually stick to just hair and outsource the make-up. But every so often I will do hair and makeup for a bride. Next month I have a wedding where I will have the challenge of all 3- hair, make-up, and photos!

I haven't yet blogged any of my work. And since it does all flow together I decided I just might! Since I talk about it I should post pictures too, non?

Today I did make-up for a beautiful young bride. Her hair was styled by another stylist in my building, the talented Jennifer Bartley. She then was referred to me for make-up. Today was her Portrait session with her photographer, Lee Grant, so we will be doing it all again in a few weeks on her actual wedding day.

The bride doesn't usually wear much make-up at all so I tried to stay as subtle as possible. But being a photographer too, I know it looks better a little on the darker side. So I stayed in good range so that it was definately noticable in the pictures, but comfortable for her to wear. When I do bridal makeup depending on what the bride wants I usually stay on the neutral side. I like to use plums a lot when it comes to shadow colors. It is neutral with a punch. And since this bride usually doesn't wear much makeup I thought that would be best for her. She was pretty easy to please! And she is gorgeous so it was pretty easy to do! I snapped these pics really quick as she was heading out for Jennifer and I.

On a side note: Does any one have problems uploading their pics to blogger?? It literally takes me a MILLION tries! It always gets kicked offline or something? Am I doing something wrong? Or is it blogger? This time I tried a combined pic so I didn't have to load all 3, but I don't like the pics so small. I would actually like my pics even bigger than blogger allows and know you can make them bigger, just don't quite know how yet. So if anyone knows why it does this or if they are having the same problem, or tips on how to make my pics BIG, let me know! One of these days I will become computer literate.....
