M family {Gilbert Family photographer}

I don't remember what is like to bring a new little baby into the world..........into the world of a toddler. This session as well as last, refreshed my memory! A! Don't jump like that. You almost smushed your brother. Oh no A! You have to be very gentle.......I 100% remember now. Trust me mommies and daddies, it gets better. I remember my daughter used to put a blanket on my son and pat his back so he could sleep because that's what they did at her daycare to her. Except she would literally cover him like a corpse and smack his back all the while telling me he was going "night night". And here I am trying not to freak out and calmly telling her you must never cover baby's face yanking off the blanket! But they learn. They learn to be gentler and tolerable of the younger. Or they just learn to do things when you aren't looking! Between my daughter and my great dane (who was amazingly careful with the kids) I am surprised my son made it through his first year without a scratch!

But I have a feeling these two will be be the best of friends once his presence sinks in. It was so sweet because every once and awhile Mrs. A would sneak her brother a kiss. If you asked her of course she didn't want to. She's a modern gal, very independant. But who would blame her. Would you kiss your brother if a weird asian lady asked you to?? And Brother was such a big lil' guy at 5 weeks! With a head full of beautiful dark hair! So jealy! He was so content and didn't make one peep the whole session.

We started out at their home and I shot this one real quick before heading to the park. I love it for some reason, don't know why............

Momma's lil' monkey..........

This picture had me giggling out loud when I got home and going through the images. Since Miss A was such a firecracker, it was my mission to just get her to look at the camera. So I didn't even pay attention to what she was doing to poor brother! But I love this image for the same reason!

Love this next series..........Catching Miss A giving love :)

Okay honey, that might be a wee bit much!

Thank you so much D & M! Hope you like them!
